[edit]This article as well as History of alternate reality games seems to be filled with unsourced paragraphs, WP:OR and a general lack of reliable sources. I've cut some of them.
There's a lot of cuts that should be done for readability as well. Soni (talk) 08:27, 28 May 2024 (UTC)
- I've made a fair handful of cuts and edits. The version of the article before any edits from me is found here in case some of the removed paragraphs can be re-added with better sources. I suspect most of them will not. Soni (talk) 18:08, 7 June 2024 (UTC)
Found syntax issue?
[edit]Here is a sentence from this article: "Players interact directly with characters in the game, solve plot-based challenges and puzzles, and collaborate as a community to analyze the story and coordinate real-life, online activities and AI." The addition of "and AI" means this sentence makes no sense. Presumably the phrase's original meaning was, "collaborate as a community to analyze the story and coordinate real-life or online activities." If AI is relevant to this sentence's content, the author should further clarify what they mean. The nearest verb is "coordinate"-- what does it mean to "coordinate AI"? And why does it say "real life, online activities" instead of "real life activities, online activities" (being that "AI" does not end with "activities")? 173.251.86.199 (talk) 17:45, 7 April 2025 (UTC)
